What to Expect
Thoughtful care takes time and every body is different. Creating a personalized plan requires more than a quick visit.
In some cases, your initial evaluation may be spread across two or three visits so we can gather the right information and make thoughtful, accurate recommendations.
our favorite Part: Meeting you!
Your visit begins with a warm welcome and completion of new patient forms, which help us understand your health history, lifestyle, and current concerns.
Consultation
Next, you will have a consultation with one of our doctors to discuss your health-related problems, concerns, and potential treatment options. This initial visit is designed for our doctors to learn more about you, your condition, and expectations to determine how our care can meet your goals.
Examination & Assessment
Based on your needs, your provider may recommend an examination that can include posture, movement, neurological, or other functional assessments. In some cases, additional testing such as blood work, imaging, or other diagnostics may be recommended to gain deeper insight.
Report of Findings
Once we’ve gathered the necessary information, we review your findings with you and answer important questions like:
What may be contributing to my symptoms?
What care options are available?
What timeline and frequency make sense?
What does investment look like?
From there, your provider will recommend a personalized plan of care designed around your goals, needs, and comfort level. If your condition requires collaboration with other providers, we’ll guide you through that as well.
Care and Support
When appropriate, care may begin during your initial visits. Treatment is always collaborative, meaning between you and the doctor. You’re encouraged to ask questions and share feedback along the way.
